Why did we build this tech system?
For eight years, our partner company—Liza Express Wellness—delivered virtual therapy services. Despite trying countless digital tools, we constantly struggled to synchronise everything we needed in real time. It became clear: while there are tools for mediation and other wellness practises, very few are built for wellness businesses as actual businesses.
When we spoke to other therapists and counsellors, they echoed the same frustration. Over five years of freelancing as a tech team, we kept building one-off fixes—often expensive, time-consuming, and hard to scale. Clients with larger budgets still ran into the same limitations.
The real issue? There were no plug-and-play solutions made specifically for the operational side of wellness. No cohesive tech made for people who run wellness brands behind the scenes.
That’s the gap Wellbizco Tech is bridging—creating systems that simply work for wellness professionals ready to grow, without starting from scratch.
How we ensured transformation
- Our focus groups were made up of coaches, doctors, nutritionists, and other experts in the wellness space.
- Our team is made up of therapists, coaches, a nurse, a lawyer and techies.
- We had meetings with developers in Nigeria, India, Bangkok, and the United States to figure out what was truly possible
- Over the five years of providing tech services as freelancers, we documented all the challenges our clients had and began resolving them
- We took surveys across two major wellness communities and began resolving the biggest problems people highlighted

Do I need to be tech-savvy?No. There is no line of code required to operate the Wellbizco Flow. It’s self-managed with setup step-by-step support videos and staff readily available within your dashboard.

Can I use it as my website?Yes if your website includes the features that are front-facing (public view), and we offer our Website Builder if you need a complete public site

What happens if I need help later?You can raise a ticket within your helpdesk just as easily as you chat with your staff in chatify. As long as your subscription is ongoing, there is a staff available to help with any technical issue from the system.
