Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to or using any of our services, you (referred to hereafter as “the client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully.

1. Scope of Services

The client may only request services that have been clearly and specifically listed and described on our official website or within formal service documentation.

Any service that has not been explicitly stated as part of the offering is not included. We will not provide any service that was not clearly promised in writing.

2. Written Inclusions Only

Only services that are officially documented in writing—whether through the website, onboarding materials, or other written communications—are included in the client’s subscription.

If a service was not documented in writing, it is not included. Verbal agreements or assumptions will not be recognised or honoured.

3. Subscription, Cancellation, and Refunds

All service payments and subscriptions are non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel their subscription, the services will remain accessible until the conclusion of their current billing period.

After this period, access to the services will end unless the subscription is renewed. There are no partial refunds or prorated credits for cancellations.

4. Data Storage and Post-Subscription Access

If a client does not renew their subscription, they may lose access to any data, content, or materials stored on the platform. This includes but is not limited to content within the business management dashboard or the website hosting platform.

While we may retain a backup of the client’s content for a period of up to thirty (30) days, we cannot guarantee the preservation of any data beyond that time, as it occupies shared storage space for which all clients have paid.

5. Domain Name Responsibility

We do not sell or manage domain names. If a client purchases a domain name and provides it to us for use with their website or platform, the responsibility for renewing that domain name remains solely with the client.

If the domain expires or is disconnected, we may not be aware unless the client informs us directly. In such cases, we may assign a subdomain in its place, but we cannot guarantee the same functionality or performance.

6. Impact of Domain Changes on Search Engine Optimisation

If a domain name is lost or changed, we cannot preserve the search engine optimisation benefits previously established under the original domain. When a domain is changed for any reason, the client must be prepared to restart or transfer search engine optimisation efforts.

We strongly recommend that clients retain their existing domain name while acquiring a new one and implement a permanent redirect (known as a “three-zero-one” redirect) from the old domain to the new one. This allows search engines to properly transfer recognition and authority from one domain to another.

7. Platform Access and Dashboard Organisation

At present, our services are delivered across three separate dashboards. All business-related tools are located within the business management dashboard named Wellbizco Flow. All social media services are located within the social media dashboard. All website-related tools and features are located within the website dashboard.

These dashboards currently operate independently and are not synchronised. However, we are in the process of creating a unified login system and exploring a larger, integrated platform solution.

8. Data Security and Client Responsibility

We adhere to standard privacy and data protection laws. Clients are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own passwords and login credentials. While we may provide guidance or assistance in the event of a data breach, we do not accept, store, or use client passwords.

We will not access client platforms after handover for security and liability reasons. Clients must secure their own systems and report any issues promptly.

9. Agreement and Future Amendments

By subscribing to and using our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of any changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions.
